These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of True Streaks. By using the app, you agree to these terms.
What True Streaks Does
True Streaks helps users create goals, log activities, join accountability teams, nudge teammates, confirm team-goal activity, and track consistency. The app is not a medical service, personal training service, gambling product, or emergency service.
Your Responsibilities
- Use True Streaks lawfully and respectfully.
- Provide accurate information when logging goals or activity.
- Do not impersonate another person or create abusive, misleading, or fraudulent accounts.
- Do not submit fake, duplicate, manipulated, or misclassified activity data.
- Do not harass teammates or misuse nudges, confirmations, invites, or team features.
Health and Safety
True Streaks is for accountability and tracking. It does not provide medical advice. Consult a qualified professional before starting a new fitness, diet, or training plan, especially if you have a medical condition, injury, or concern.
Apple Health
Apple Health access is optional. If you import Health data, you are responsible for making sure the data is accurate and that you have permission to use the device or account that generated it.
Rewards Status
Rewards are not live in the current beta. XP, levels, previews, and Road To Glory screens are motivational product features only and do not currently have cash value.
Future rewards, physical prizes, gift cards, or verified challenge programs may require separate official rules, eligibility requirements, verification, fraud review, prize limits, and legal review before launch. Apple is not a sponsor of any future rewards or challenge program.
Subscriptions
If paid features launch, subscription purchases made through the App Store will be managed by Apple. Pricing, billing, cancellation, refunds, and renewal terms will be shown before purchase and handled according to Appleās App Store policies.
Account Access and Termination
We may suspend or restrict accounts that violate these terms, misuse team features, submit fraudulent activity, or create safety or security risks. You can request account support or deletion by contacting support.
Changes
We may update these Terms as True Streaks changes. Continued use of the app after updated terms are posted means you accept the updated terms.
